CITES | |
Please allow 3 weeks for delivery when you purchase a guitar that contains any kind of Rosewood/Bubinga. Since January 2017, the new CITES regulation on rosewood/Bubinga has called for documentation when shipping instruments internationally. So, we must apply for an export permit in order to include it with your guitar when shipping. By purchasing a CITES restricted instrument, you agree to the following terms. 1. We will apply for an export permit for the instrument. It will take 2 weeks. 2. We will cancel the order in case our export application is rejected. 3. We will choose a reason 'Something was wrong with the buyer's address' because there is no appropriate option given by eBay. 4. Some countries require the receiver to apply for an import license before the order can be shipped. You confirm that you are aware of the rules and regulations and fees concerning your country.
Terms of Sale | |
Money back guarantees within 30 days if returned by customer. The buyer pays the return postage plus the restocking fee of 20% of the product sale. We have to charge the restocking fee because there are additional costs associated with fulfilling buyer's order other than direct product costs (i.e.; initial shipping, packaging materials, labor, wholesale cancellation fee, etc).
International Buyers | |
We are not responsible for any customs duties or other taxes on delivery. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight company. |
