Shipping:
•We will ship your item(s) 1 day or within the same day of payment being made. (Excluding weekends and holidyas).
•Fast shipping is one of our objectives.
•Your items should be deliver between 3-5 business days but allow for 7-10 days to include weekends and holidays.
•Each item has a confirmation number once it’s shipped. Once shipped, buyers will be notified and will also be able to view tracking number under the “My eBay” tab.
•No International shipping.
Costumer service:
We answer emails Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm. We will occasionally and most often reply on weekends but please be patient and we please ask for buyers to be specific on their emails to be more effective. Please allow up to 24 hrs at most to receive a response. We typically respond rather quickly.
RETURNS:
We offer a 30 Day Return Policy.
Returns are accepted if you have receive a defective item*
*Please contact us within 3 days after of receiving your item and we will send you a prepaid return label to send item back.
**The recipient is responsible for all shipping charges to ship the product back.
