Activated carbon is very effective at removing chlorine and organics from water. Supercarb is designed to be used in pressure filters (on a mains water supply) but not in gravity filters. We also offer the water filter housing which is the perfect protection for your ceramic water filter. It is a WRAS approved product so you can be sure that the this product is a reliable product. Also, the water filter housing shows clear guidance on how to install the housing to make life easier when installing this product.
