Terms and Other Information

Bid with confidence. I offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are not happy with the item. Buyer pays all shipping and full value insurance on any item over $50 to protect both parties, and item must be in original condition, with all original packing materials and be received within 30 days. I pay insurance at my expense for the initial shipment for the same reason.

International Bidders: International bidders welcome with 20+ positive feedback rating, but please be advised that I charge a $10.00 handling fee due to extra packaging required for international rough handling, and for my time and expense of completing customs forms and trip to PO for mailing. Paypal only as payment and no returns for international shipments. USPS Priority International shipping only, due to past problems with lack of tracking and lost packages for other shipping services. Please message with any questions, and thank you for visiting my auction.

About Feedback and DSRs. Positive Feedback and Detailed Seller Ratings are extremely important to Sellers. This is why I offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. I sell pre-owned estate items, mostly all used and/or vintage/antique that are acquired from auction, estate sales, garage sales, etc. Very few of my items are perfect, and I try to describe and disclose any issues I see. However, what my opinion is of an item may differ from yours. This is another reason I offer returns with no hassles. Since I offer a guarantee, I respectfully ask that you contact me via the "contact seller" option on the original item page, and I will open a "buyer wishes to return item" case to assure that you are protected in your return via ebay's buyer protection. I do this for a living after losing my full time job and hope you feel that I have provided top-notch service. I return the favor of feedback upon receipt of feedback from all buyers.

Star Ratings: You will be asked to rate my seller performance on a "star scale". I strive to assure every transaction is a 5-star experience. I ship within 24 business hours of payment (Saturday/Sunday is not a business day). I also never charge more than actual shipping on domestic shipments within the 50 states. I cannot control shipping costs and charge exactly what it would cost you to go to the post office and ship to me. I also cannot control what the post office does with and/or to the package once it leaves my possession. Despite packaging that would withstand most tornados, the Post Office will occasionally completely crush and/or puncture a package. This is why I pay full value insurance out of my own pocket. This assures no loss to either of us, and if an item is received damaged, I will pay to have it returned to me, so that you are not out a dime. I almost always use USPS Priority Mail on smaller or very fragile items. Fedex Ground or Home Delivery is used on larger or heavier packages. I do not ship Parcel unless the item is not fragile. My listings may offer multiple options because shipping costs can vary greatly, based on your location. This allows buyers to choose speed over value, if desired. Valuable items are almost always shipping via Priority Mail. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days to be delivered. Parcel Post takes 7-9 days. Why would either of us want to give the Post Office 3 times longer to destroy a package? If you feel that I deserve any less than 5 stars, please let me know why so I can improve my future performance. 5 stars is always appreciated and helps me maintain a good standing as a seller.

Combined Shipping: If you are interested in more than one of my items, just add them to your cart and check out, and request an invoice from me. I will combine whenever possible (larger and or extremely fragile items may not allow for combined shipping). Again, I will charge you only the cost that the post office would charge you if you shipping me the same item. I am not interested in padding shipping costs.

Security: Multiple photos of the items are taken prior to sale and prior to shipping. I may even video the packaging so that we are both protected if an insurance claim becomes necessary. I am also able to positively identify any damages or differences to an item after shipment for this reason. This helps assure that you receive the item that I sent in the same condition as advertised, and helps assure that if there are any problems, that I receive insurance claim reimbursement by being able to prove that the item was sent in good condition. This is why I request that all original packaging materials and box also be returned with the item. The postal insurance requires these items, so I must be able to provide them. I may request photos from you if the item is received damaged so that I can get a head start on a claim while the item is being returned.

Thank you for your interest and, as always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to message me.

Please note that items are sourced from a variety of places such as auctions, estate sales, store returns, warehouse sales, garage sales, etc.   While I have a smoke free, pet friendly home, I do not have the history of the habits of the people who previously owned many of the items I sell, so items may have residual odors, such as moth balls, smoke, etc., and are then stored in an area with other items.    If you are sensitive to odors, please keep this in mind when purchasing, as odor is subjective and is not considered to be a "not as described" reason.  I do accept returns for ANY reason, though.
