Up for auction today is a very rare Canadien ACL Soda bottle called Smiles This little 6.5 ounce bottle was filled and distributed by Smiles Beverages of Saint John, New Brunswivk. I cannot find a date on the base. Condition as follows: The black and white ACL is bright and shiny and features a smiling young lady. The ACL is complete except for a very short and narrow rough spot at the top of the ACL. The text on the obverse side is complete, with the only flaw being a small factory paint smudge below one of the words. There are a couple of small spots of discoloration on the ACL. Glass-wise, it is very clean and in great condition. The texture is smooth around the body and has both horizontal ribs on the shoulder. After looking the glass over carefully, it is beautiful and shiny. with no apparent wear. The seam does go through the label, but does not detract from the display ability of this sought after bottle.Good luck bidding!
