- Back Orders are rare but do happen. In the event of a back ordered item you have the option of waiting till the item is back in stock or the option of a full refund on the back ordered item.
Returns:
- Items sold as is. All sales are final.
- In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.
- Returns must be approved by issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before returning. Any returned package without an RMA# will be refused.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when shipping products back.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge.
- No Returns on electrical parts, printed matter, Special Order Parts or Decals.
- No Returns after 30 days.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
If the item stated as NEW is found defective, damaged on arrival or an incorrect item was shipped, the product will be repaired or replaced at seller's discretion, in a reasonable amount of time. We must be notified within 2 working days of receipt of Merchandise.
Warranties are offered by the manufacturer and will be honored by the manufacturer. All shipping and handling fees will not be returned in any case.
