Mon Grossiste Auto cannot be held responsible if the deadline is exceeded. In particular, exceeding these deadlines cannot give rise to any cancellation of the order, to any reduction in the price paid by the Purchaser, and to any payment in respect of damages as soon as the customer is delivered within thirty days following the confirmation of his order.

The Seller particularly informs its customers that the right of withdrawal as provided for by law does not oblige it to take back damaged, damaged or used products. The product must imperatively be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, accompanied by all the original accessories. This right of withdrawal is not applicable in the event of sale to a professional.
