This kit will make 10 panther Martin style size 1/8oz spinners. Comes with 10 , size 3 blades ( they measures just over " long ) gold on front nickel on back blades, and ten powder coated lure bodies in photo and size 8, 3x strong eagle claw hooks. All parts needed are included, will send 2 extra wire for learning curve. Tools you will need are needle nose pliers with side cutters, Round nose pliers a plus but not needed.  Does not come with instructions , Plenty of videos on you tube for instructions.
