I place your order on my supplier who then ships direct to you - this is to save on postage, which means I can pass the savings directly on to you.
Shipping time is usually 10 working days for around 90% of all orders, but in some cases can take up to 20 working days. In extreme circumstances (weather or busy postal times), delivery could take around one month - but this is very rare. Tracking will be available, so if you are unsure on the progress of your item, please get in touch and I will be happy to track this for you.
PLEASE NOTE - working days are weekdays, so the example of 10 days above is realistically 2 actual weeks.
CUSTOMS
For the most part, especially when importing into the EU, items are declared at a value of £18 or less (as is the value of the item) - and this means that there are no duties to pay and it will arrive directly at your door.
