Brand new, box is slight dented, only opened for inspection.  All contents are present, secured, and in new condition.  Contents never removed from box. 
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Spinner Surplus ships to some international countries.  Buyer will be responsible for all additional fees for shipping international.  Taxes and fees are your responsibilities.  Shipment will only be made to confirmed addresses.

RETURNS:
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery, buyer pays return shipping.  All returns must be received in the same condition, otherwise a 20% restocking fee applies.  Bid or Purchase Responsibly!  Every item is described to the best of our ability.  If you feel like an item has been misrepresented, please give us the opportunity to work any issue out before leaving feedback.  Together we can work to resolve any issue on a case by case basis.
