Seiko UC-3000 Memo-Diary

This is a 1st Generation "Smart Watch" (or "Computer Watch" as they were known then) from around 1985.  They were one of the first portable electronic products to be able to store user data in electronic format to carry around with you.

The SEIKO Wrist Information System was way ahead of its time and featured the latest cutting edge technology of the day.  This is now a VERY RARE watch and would make a great Collectors Item.

The Memo-Diary consists of the Wrist Module (UW02) which displays information and the Keyboard (UK02) to enter your data.
There are 3 main functions:-

1) TIME - with Day Date and Alarm

2) SCHEDULE - Enter a full months schedule with alarm and a 20 character message.  Up to 15 item per day with a maximum of 43 items per month.

3) MEMO - Phone numbers, addresses, notes - anything you like up to 1,000 characters can be entered.

  • Large, clear 4 line x 10 character display with contrast adjustment.
  • Easy data input with detachable keyboard (uses electromagnetic induction, so no wires or cables!)
