Order by 2pm and your goods will dispatched the very same day. For orders placed on weekends or after 2pm please allow an extra working day for delivery.

Please contact a member of our Customer Service Team to process your order. We will weigh your parcel and e-mail you to let you know the cost of the international delivery. If you no longer require any goods that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or full refund provided that the goods are returned to us in their original and unused condition (including original packaging) within 30 days of delivery.

You may return goods to us via any appropriate method you choose, however we do recommend using a trackable service so that you can obtain proof of postage. When returning goods please ensure they are securely packaged, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of goods whilst in transit.

Please include a copy of your invoice or delivery note as proof of purchase and ensure your eBay ID is marked on the parcel or one of the documents so that we can process the refund to the correct PayPal account.

Cancelling an Order

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order any time before dispatch, or within seven days of receiving your goods. Please contact our Customer Service Team if you wish to cancel your order.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The goods must be returned unopened and you must take reasonable care to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt so that we can raise any claims with our courier. Please contact us via the eBay messages service or call us on 03 300 500 700 for instructions on returning damaged or unsatisfactory items.
