Returns
Returns are accepted and should be mailed within 30 days of receiving the item (confirmation date from USPS). Money will be returned (minus original shipping) via PayPal once we receive the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact me prior to returning any items.

Returning Merchandise
•All Returns must be shipped within 30 days of the date it was received.

•All defective products will be accepted for repair or replacement only if they are returned within 30 days .
•All returns must be in original sale able condition, 100% complete, with all packaging material, manuals, and accessories.
•Shipping costs are not refundable. If a returned item is found to be defective we will reimburse normal ground shipping in the USA only.
•All returns must have an RMA# and reason why it is being returned. Be sure to state if you want a refund or exchange.
