It has 40 hrs total time but builder/owner sold the engine and turned in the airworthiness certificate.  (Worried about the liability exposure). It will require an FAA designated airworthiness representative to inspect and review it to issue a new airworthiness certificate.  The build was well documented with pictures and all manuals are included.

The workmanship, fits, finish and attention to detail are excellent!  The paint is pearl white and professionally done.  The leather interior is high quality and in excellent condition.
