All items sold at auction are sold "AS IS". We do our best to describe each item completely and upload clear and High-Resolution detailed photos of our products; THESE PHOTOS ARE CONSIDERED PART OF THE DESCRIPTION.

You must understand that the watches we sell are vintage. Most of our watches are from the 50's, 60's and 70's, pre-owned, so expect some natural wear marks such a scratches or light dents. Our criteria regarding watch condition is based on our “Watch Condition Grading Scale”

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can e-mail us to discuss the possibility of a return of the watch within five days; no exceptions will be made if it is over the five-day period, we will deny the return. If we approve the return, you will receive a full refund minus all shipping charges, and it will be granted when the item has been returned in its original condition. The buyer is always responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping.

We get our watches from local markets, so it is hard to determine the full history of the watch.

We take High-Resolution Pictures to show a detailed watch; we also describe them the best we can. If you have any concern, please contact us at any moment.

WATCH CONDITION GRADING SCALE

GOOD

Shows what might be considered normal wear by someone who wore the watch regularly. Scratches on the case, bezel, bracelet or buckle are visible to the naked eye.

Nicks and dings may be present, but the watch still looks very nice. A few moderate depth scratches may be present.  These scratches won’t completely come out but should end up being an "excellent condition" after light polishing or brushing.

Straps show wear but are still usable.  Holes elongated, strap bent or creased. Bracelet may be resized. Not missing parts in the bracelet.

Movement keeps time within 60 seconds a day when fully wound (30 seconds for a quartz movement).  All functions work properly.  The movement has not been serviced or it is unknown when the last service has been completed. It is not broken, but regulation or service would make it runs better.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We ship all our orders using FedEx service or DHL. You will receive a tracking number once the order ships. Please note that FedEx and DHL will require a signature to deliver your package. If you have not received your order by the estimated delivery date, please contact us through eBay messages, and we will assist you.

Some countries will collect taxes or duties for international shipments. These charges are the buyer responsibility. Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding/buying.

We ship our products from VENEZUELA, PANAMA or USA. We do not ship to Israel, Russian Federation, P.O. BOX, APO or FPO address.
