Measurements: Measuring Tips To get an accurate body measurement, always keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor when measuring. We undergarments only; do not measure over clothing. Once you know your body measurements, consult the Size Chart below and the Fit Tips on the products pages to determine which size you should purchase. BUST Measure around the fullest part of the bust, keeping your elbows tucked down toward your sides. WAIST Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist. Measure across at this point. HIP Stand with your feet together, measure around fullest part of your hips and rear.

To prevent damage and wrinkling, dry clean the dress beforehand. NEVER put the dress in the washing machine.

Return Policy

Ebay is changing their return policy and it does not match with Bear Flag Republic's policy.  Returns will no longer go through eBay.  Contact seller for details.

We allow returns on full price merchandise ONLY!  If an item is on sale it is making a one way trip, so please feel free to ask questions.  Sale items are final sales.

Refunds are minus a 20% restocking fee applied to all merchandise that is full price.  Buyer agrees to contact the seller within 7 days of receiving merchandise and return it at their own expense within 14 days.  Refunds do not go through eBay, it my not the eBay store and maybe confusing, sorry eBay has made it so confusing. Buyer sends item back and seller will refund minus the 20% when it arrives.

Exchanges on full priced merchandise.  Buyer agrees to return the item and there is no re-stocking fee.  Exchanges can be any merchandise.  Also not done through eBay.  Buyer agrees to return item within 2 weeks after contacting seller.  Then seller will send replacement/exchange with tracking.

Feedback is important to all sellers.  BFR does their very best to deliver fast and efficient and provide excellent customer service.  Please communicate with seller.  

Shipping

USA First Class is economic though not much less then priority 2-3 day delivery.  First Class delivery time varies.  Media mail is for books and DVD’s and is the cheapest but take up to 9 business days for delivery.  Express is guaranteed 1 - 2 days from shipping.

Canada First Class is pretty efficient and economic but also does not come with insurance and takes sometimes an entire month to deliver, depending on holidays and amount of packages delivered.  Express is one week guaranteed and Priority is estimated at 2 weeks, both come with tracking and insurance.

International shipping has many choices.  If the item is in stock it can ship within 5 days anywhere.  If it is not in stock delivery time will vary.  Express Shipping is 5 business days for delivery guaranteed with insurance and tracking.  Priority is 6-10 business days for delivery, no guarantee on deliver date, insurance up to $69 US dollars, and tracking.  First Class is economic and being the cheapest it does not come with insurance or tracking.  First Class takes the longest to arrive and buyer takes a risk.  BFR will not send First Class to United Kingdom, France or Germany.
