Padded with 2 layers of lofty quilt batting.  Open ended.  My design allows the lining fabrics to form a stripe down one side and the bottom, as well as peeking out of the top of the case.  About 3 3/4 x 8 1/4 inches.  Occasional flaws make the case unique!  I WILL TUCK IN A 6" SQUARE SOFT CLOTH FOR WIPING YOUR LENSES (colors will vary).  YOU MAY REQUEST THAT A TINY GOLD TONE OR SILVER TONE CROSS BE TACKED TO THE CASE - FREE OF CHARGE, NO DELAY IN SHIPPING.  JUST MESSAGE ME THROUGH EBAY WHEN YOU BUY.
