May have very minor scratches/scuffs/dents but nothing major. View all images of what to expect to receive. Screen hinge is a little loose, Will hold up but may need to be tightened in the future. Power cord is new and aftermarket. Batteries are not warrantied but will hold a charge. The battery seems to hold a good charge. Battery Cycle Count: 397
