This camera is perfect for travel due to its large number of features and small size.  I have used it for travel for the last three years and have been very happy with the picture quality and battery life - it has always been sheltered in a small case (not included) when not is direct use, so the camera shows very few signs of use.  There are no scratches or dents.  All signs of use do not call attention to themselves and have to be closely inspected for to be seen.  The camera comes in the original packaging with all manuals, has a Sony rechargeable battery and USB charger w/cable, wrist strap and a 64GB micro SD card w/adapter.  You can take thousands of photos on this card if you so desire.  I just replaced this camera with Sony’s latest version of the RX100.
