SonyWM-D6 Walkman Professional Cassette Tape Recorder

PARTS OR FIXER: It hasn't been used for sometime so maybe it just needs a little tune-up by someone that know what they are doing. I wanted to sell it this way but it didn't give me the option. E-bay offers Parts or Not Working but this recorder is working. 

Minimally tested, I'm not aware of any issue's with it except when the (SPEED TUNE) on the back is ONit seems to play beautifully sometimes and other time it doesn't, but when it'soff it sounds garbled even when adjusting it. Is there a problem with it or isit operator error?
