I stand by all my product and
offer a 30-DAY RETURN POLICY.
Other than unusually large items which
might go out in a box, I ship everything
in a bubble-wrap envelope, and never
include packing slips, invoices, receipts
or anything indicates price. If items are
are SEALED or have an EXPIRATION
DATE I indicate so in the item
description. Otherwise, assume that
it is not sealed or has an expiration
date. I always strive to sell FRESH
and AUTHENTIC items -- unless
otherwise indicated. If something
should go bad, or break, please don't
immediately assume it's a fake. Just
let me know and I will either replace
it at no cost to you, or offer a full
refund. In any case, I will always
take care of you.
I offer FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE
U.S., which I send via FIRST CLASS
MAIL or PRIORITY MAIL, depending
on the weight. And for very large and
heavy packages I use UPS or FEDEX.
Neither I or UPS, or UPS can guarantee
the delivery date. The only thing I can
guarantee is that if it's stated in the
listing that I ship within 1 business day
I will do so. And unless I'm out of town,
which is always indicated in every
listing, I always ship everything within
1 business day without fail. Items
bought on Friday will tend to ship on
Monday as Saturday is not considered
a business day by the USPS and eBay.
FOR FOREIGN PACKAGES I use
First Class Mail International, for which
I charge the SAME FLAT FEE for every
country. You, the buyer, is the responsible
for Customs fees. That is an eBay policy.
Please keep in mind that shipments to
foreign countries may take longer,
especially due to Customs and the
added travel time. So please be
patient and give everything a few
weeks to arrive.
TRACKING NUMBER INFORMATION
will automatically appear within your
Order Details. Simply click on the
Shipping Tab. Keep in mind that the
U.S. Post Office does not always scan
packages immediately, and in some cases
it may happen several days after they
have received the package, or sometimes
not at all. Once they receive the package
it's in their hands, and there is no
way I can control when they scan it
and when they get it to you. Beyond
that, it's impossible to ascertain the
location for a package other than with
the tracking. So please do not ask me
to call the Post Office as they never
have any more information than what
is indicated in the tracking. And if the
tracking never appears, and you don't
receive the package, it most likely means
they lost it and I will either resend you
the item, or issue a refund.
