Directons

Scrape out a small chunk of balm, rub with the palms of your hand until dissolved then work through the beard first working up against the grain & then patting it back down. Add a little extra or use our firm hold moustache wax to pin down any stubborn "sticky outy" bits of hair.

We only ship items within Australia. Please check your postal address. We use surface mail to send your goods, which means there is no tracking on this item (it is sent as a letter, with stamps). If you require tracking, please select the "Express Postage" at checkout. This means there will be online tracking available at auspost.com.au/track

Once we have received your cleared payment, your order will usually be dispatched within 1 business day (Mon-Fri). Exact delivery times depend on your location - as a guide 3-7 working days (longer for remote areas).

We are happy to combine postage if you purchase more than one item. If you would like to know the postage price beforehand simply email us with your postcode and we will let you know the cost. To purchase multiple items, you need to commit to buy them through eBay by clicking the BUY IT NOW button for all the items you want BUT DO NOT PAY for each item as you go - click the continue shopping with this seller button until you have all the items you require. Then email us to let us know you have finished shopping and require your invoice and we will combine your purchases onto the one invoice and discount the postage price for you. We then email you the invoice so you can make one payment for the total owing.

We are online only and pick up is not available from our Adelaide warehouse.

We accept returns and are always willing to help our customers. For a change of mind or if you're not quite happy with your purchase, please contact us first. We will accept returns provided it's unused and unopened with the item having to be returned to us within 30 days of you receiving it, for full refund of purchase price less postage & handling costs. Note that item returned must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging with all accessories and is in a re-sellable condition. We will gladly refund you the total amount less shipping handling costs.

If the item arrives damaged, contact us first. We require pictures to be sent to us. Once we have assessed the damage, we will either refund or replace for a new item. We may also lodge a claim with Australia Post or the Courier Company in question for damaged items and may require your assistance.
