HOW TO USE IT :
- Cut the tattoo of choice and remove clear sheet.
- Place tattoo face down on skin.
- Wet the tattoo thoroughly with a sponge.
- After 20-30 seconds,gently remove the backing paper.
- Allow the tattoo to dry.
