Returns policy:
  1. Products will be shipped with insurance. If item arrives damaged, then the insurance procedures will need to be followed, and the buyer will be sent a replacement item. Procedures will include sending detailed photos of the damage and the impact on usability.
  2. All items are thoroughly tested before shipping. However, if a major fault is subsequently detected by the buyer, after consultation with the seller, it may be shipped back to seller for repair or replacement. Buyer pays initial  return shipping costs, which will then be refunded if a fault is found. If item is then found by the seller to be fully functioning and no fault can be found, the buyer will be required to then pay additional shipping to have it returned to them, with no refund for shipping costs. 
  3. Do not return the item without first consulting with the seller to confirm there is a genuine fault.
