This is a customized XBOX Controller by SCUF.  It has a black & gray skin with white buttons & knobs.  It is in good used working condition.  It looks good overall except for the left hand side where some of the skin has rubbed off along the edge (see pics.)  I am not a gaming expert whenit comes to these specialized and customized controllers, however this belonged to a friend who spent a lot of money customizing it and now no longer needs it. The larger round left controller button is slightly tinted and no longer bright white due to usage. It may clean and brighten up, however I have not tried to clean it. It does come with the unlock "key" (as shown) to change the knobs. It has been used in a smoke-free environment.
