Any shipment over 200 lbs. we suggest shipping via Truck; such as FedEx Freight or UPS Freight and we will get the best rates possible. Have a collect trucking account with another company? We can handle that for you as well. Simply provide us with the name and phone number of the company and we will do the rest.

Returns and Exchanges

We want your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, however, prior to usage, you are not satisfied, Please send us a message or open a Return Request through eBay. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid in the original box.

No merchandise will be accepted that has been Special Ordered or held by the customer for more than 30 days. We reserve the right to determine whether the material is eligible for credit. Credit can only be given for products that can be returned to stock.

Any claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.

Please reference your customer or invoice number to expedite claims. Items damaged in transit must be reported immediately to your local UPS, FedEx or common carrier office.
