Main Features

1. 1m and 5m High quality SELF ADHESIVE HOOK and LOOP tape with super strong adhesive.

2. Remove the backing paper and stick to any clean surface.

Recommended Practices

1. Cleaning the surface: Clean and dry the surface before application to make sure it is not oily or dusty 

2. Removing the backing paper: It is a good idea to mark out the area you want to apply the tape and stick the tape following the line. Starting from one end of the tape and gently pressing the tape firmly as you work your way down, to ensure that it is air tight in between the tape and the surface 

3. Leaving the hook and loop to dry: For optimal working strength leave the tape for 30mins before use.

We adhere to the Distance Selling regulations which are as follows. If an item is received damaged please contact us by email and advise the damage. We may ask you to either return the item for a replacement in which case you will be reimbursed for the return postage cost, or ask you to provide a photograph of the damage via email. Once we have inspected the item a replacement will be sent to you at no cost to yourself.

If you change your mind, or the product is not suitable then you can return the item for a refund within 14 days (you must record the postage so that the item can be tracked), however you will be responsible for the costs involved in returning the item to us in good condition. This option is not available for certain items where an item cannot be re-sold as new - please contact us prior to returning an item to confirm it is acceptable Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We answer all messages within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return otherwise the refund will be delayed.
