Vintage AFX electric racetrack truck & trailer #1, Shell tanker. I've had this item since I - suspect - 10 years old. Back in "the day", AFX racetracks were the cat's meow! If you had one, you normally had a group of kids wanting to race on them, chomping at the bit to take the winner's circle - and your pride! When these trucks came out, I had to have them, as those were my favorites. I've kept these for well over 30+ years, and recently had them displayed, thus one can expect some dust on them. I cannot - nor will I - guarantee their use on an AFX racetrack (due to age), should you still have one of those tracks. One can expect some discoloration on the item, and possibly some cracks or dry rot on the tire "rubbers". I recall we had to purchase extra tire "rubbers" (which just peel off handily), and replace them with new, especially when a neighborhood race was expected (wanted every edge you could get). I've had my memories with them, and hope to pass them along who can also appreciate the rarity and novelty of them. This is an as-is sale with no returns.
