Cosmetic Condition: Overall condition is good so rating 9/10 (subjective value). A quick VISUAL inspection for MAJOR physical damage is performed. Bottom side of laptop, palm rest and keyboard shows wear and tear but it’s NOT considered physical damage. Keyboard is fully functional with no missing keys, may be couple keys are faded or shiny, all keys are intact. No keys are missing. The bottom of these laptops has visible scratches and sticker residue.
Software: You get the laptops with 80 Gb HDD with preinstalled Windows 7 OS. COA striker Window 7 located under battery.
WARRANTY: Items has a 14-day warranty. This warranty means that we will repair or replace any hardware that becomes defective within the 30-day period, excluding the battery. Warranty covers actual functioning of hardware and does not cover minor cosmetic defects on used items (i.e. scratches, missing clips, slightly faded displays, no more than one or two dead pixel or small spot, small crack, etc...). . If your item has a warranty and arrived "not as described" or DOA, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item. We do not warranty software issues or guarantee internet connectivity.
