Ordering

Payment is due at time of purchase.

Orders that have been processed with our distributor cannot be changed or canceled. No exceptions.

Orders will be shipped to the address that is on your Paypal account.

All items are in-stock at the time of listing.

  • If an item is back-ordered at our distributor, you will have the option to wait for delivery or request an immediate refund.
  • If an item sells out at our distributor, a full refund will be issued automatically.

Combined Shipping Discount

  •  We desire to save you as much money when buying multiple items from our store as possible so we do offer a combined shipping discount on applicable transactions.

  • For the discount to be applied, please use the 'ADD TO CART' option when purchasing your items. The discount will be applied automatically and will be shown on your shopping cart screen prior to checking out if applicable.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days (from receipt of payment) and must have a pre-authorization. Please contact us for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Items that are defective or damaged in transit will be promptly replaced or refunded, depending on item availability. Buyer pays the return shipping for non-defective items. Refunds will be issued for the product purchase price only.
