Has an Alarm that worked when tested.  We kind of followed some You Tube Video instructions on the clock's operation, but still not exactly sure how it works, but it worked.

Nice Wood Cabinet, Excellent for age. Original MFG Tags on the back of clock, but they have heavy patina and are very hard to read.  You can make out "Linda" on top tag if you look closely and "8 Day" on lower tag and some other lettering.

We ran the clock for a few weeks and it worked very well.  It has original keys, one key for the alarm is attached to that mechanism (apparently it screws on).  We believe this is all original except for the paper dial face may be an early 1900's Session's product.  That would make sense as Sessions took over the Welsh company in 1903 and would carry like products.

Not sure of the exact age the clock, but based on what we have been able to find, this appears to be made after 1887 but prior to 1900.  Collectors may know more, but this is such a rare clock, not much information is available online.  We could only find one other in our research.

You do not see many of this model still around.  Some call it Gingerbread Style, Arts and Crafts or Amish Style.  We think it may be Walnut, but not 100% sure.  The wood is very nice as noted.

We can attest this clock was running very well.  Buyer should know that all clocks may need minor adjustment after shipping.  You can also view some nice videos on line that cover how to care for these older clocks.  Pretty simple to maintain and they are fairly durable as evidenced by the number of Welch clocks still selling today.

We will ship with extreme care and remove pendulum and key and wrap apart from clock for safety.  7% Sales Tax for Indiana Residents only.
