How To Order:
To help us ensure your order experience is as smooth as possible & so we can achieve the best possible results, please ensure that you carefully read & follow these instructions before ordering from us.
First select the options you require & complete your payment througn eBay/Paypal.
Then message us the photos & details for your print.
Include the following:
1. Your eBay name/ID in the title so we can identify your order.
2. The Dad's Name
3. One Photo For Each Letter (for example: DADDY would require 5 photos).
4. Any text that you want included on the bottom of your print.
Payment
To ensure the greatest protection for our customers all payments for our items listed on eBay must be paid for using Paypal.
Shipping
We offer FREE 1st Class shipping on all orders!
Your order will be dispatched within 1 - 2 working days after we receive all details required from you.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know via eBay message, please also provide us with photo/s to help us assist you with any damages or mistakes on our part.
We will always do our best to resolve any issues for you a quickly as possible!
Generally we will send replacements if required.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it, if approved by us.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please also send us the packing slip.
