Why Choose AUTOOL CT150 Automotive Injector Cleaner and Tester Machine

The CT150 model is an integrated four-cylinder fuel injector machine launched by AUTOOL in 2018. It combines ultrasonic cleaning technology and microcomputer oil pressure closed-loop control technology into one, which can simulate various working conditions of the engine and can clean and test the injectors of automobiles and motorcycles. It has a three-dimensional and nice appearance, which is both drop-resistant and shockproof. It has undergone years of technological and design innovation in which it will solve your fuel injector problems with stable performance and convenient operation. 

It is an expert in Injector solutions, featuring 12 injector-specific functions

01. Ultrasonic cleaning: It sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning fluid with the ultrasonic vibration so as to completely remove the carbon and impurities inside the injectors.

02. Idle speed test (0-20ms): Simulate the engine idling speed and test the state of the fuel injector.

03. Medium speed test (0-7.5ms): simulate the engine running at medium speed and test the state of the fuel injector.

04. High-speed test (0-4ms): Simulate the high-speed performance of the engine and test the state of the fuel injector.

05. Acceleration test: Simulate the acceleration state of the car and test the performance of the fuel injector.

06. Shift speed test: Simulate the shifting state of the car and test the working performance of the fuel injector.

07. Leakage test: Test the sealing condition of the fuel injector.

08. Idle spraying test: Simulate the engine idling state and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.

09. Medium speed sprayability test: Simulate the engine medium-speed state and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.

10. High-speed sprayability test: Simulate the high-speed state of the engine and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.

11. Reverse flush: Reverse flush is a way to clean the injectors with the test liquid flowing from the outlet to the inlet of the injector. Reverse flush may remove the dirt inside the injector or the injector Strainer (Only for the top fuel supply injector).

12. No-disassembly cleaning: Direct cleaning without disassembling the injectors, this function is an additional function, which requires special adapters.

Tip: This equipment supports gasoline fuel injector testing and cleaning work, but diesel injectors can only be cleaned and cannot be tested.

Full inspection of injectors
Uniformity test: To test the uniformity of injecting amount of each injector.
Sprayability test: To monitor the spraying status of each injector with the help of backlight.
Leakage test: To test the sealing and dribbling conditions of injectors under high pressure.
Injecting flow test: To check the injecting amount of the injector of specific injection condition(eg. same time and number of times).
Ultrasonic Cleaning
This unit is equipped with a built-in ultrasonic mechanism, which is a different type of cleaning method. Instead of conventional cleaning methods, it precisely sends an ultrasonic vibration signal to the injector through a unique pulse signal line. This ultrasonic vibration intensively shakes and disintegrates stubborn carbon deposits, resulting in a deeper and more complete cleaning effect.
Multi-Progress
It is equipped with four cylinders (four pipes), which allows four injectors to be tested simultaneously. For two-cylinder engines, when using the AUTOOL CT150 to test two injectors, the plugs mounted on two cylinders are used to achieve sealing of the cylinders and the remaining two cylinders can be tested normally, according to different needs.
Reverse Cleaning & On-Vehicle Cleaning 
On-vehicle cleaning: The unit is equipped with various adapters and couplers that facilitate cleaning on the injectors on vehicle.
Reverse flush: Reverse flush is a way to clean the injectors with the test liquid flowing from the outlet to the inlet of the injector. Reverse flush may remove the dirt inside the injector or the injector strainer (Only for the top fuel supply injector).

With the help of microcomputer control and digital display, the device enables automatic cleaning, testing of injectors and real-time monitoring of dynamic values, allowing system pressure to be quickly restored to its default value.
 
Cleaning fluid recovery valve
Equipped with a recovery valve, the cleaning liquid can be recovered through the valve after the cleaning is completed, avoiding the cleaning liquid staying in the cleaning tank for a long time and causing potential damage to the product. The recovered liquid can be reused, thus saving your cost.

Q：How to choose test fluid?
A：We recommend using a specialized automotive injector test fluid. If this is not available locally, industrial alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% can be used instead (usually the test fluid is a colorless, clear, non-irritating odor liquid). 

Q：How to choose cleaning fluid?
A：We recommend that you use a specialized syringe cleaner that is readily available at your local supermarket. It is usually very corrosive and flammable and should be used away from sources of ignition and avoided in contact with skin

Note:Only cleaning liquid can be added to the ultrasonic tank. Glass test tubes can only add industrial alcohol as the test liquid .Please do not confuse these 2 liquids and do not add other liquids. If you are not sure if the liquid is correct, please contact me in advance with pictures

Q：Which injectors can be cleaned and tested by the device?
A：Cleaning Function: Support to clean all common gasoline and diesel injectors.
Test Function: Only supports testing ordinary gasoline injectors, does not support testing diesel injectors and high-pressure direct injectors with in-cylinder intake and GDI injectors.

We would like to recommend AUTOOL CT500 CT400 which is specialized in cleaning high-pressure direct injectors.
