Please place an order with "Expedited shipping".

a) If you choose "Standard shipping",we can't guarantee that the items are delivered before Christmas.
We can't control delivery date.Customs and your country post office' work affect delivery date.

b) We do not accept any claim about late delivery if you order with "Standard shipping".Late delivery is not our responsibility.

Please accept this condition before order and please keep the promise that you do not claim about late delivery.

Notification

We recommend "Expedited shipping".
We use EMS in "Expedited shipping" which can deliver items more safely at a reasonable price.
Please note that we propose you to change "Standard shipping" for "Expedited shipping" if we judge that the item should be shipped by "Expedited" for a security reason.

In some countries, your tracking information is not updated after the item departs from Japan.

b) Our shipping has a insurance.
If shipping trouble such as item lost and item damaged happens ,we order Japan Post to start the investigation. We will pay you back after the investigation ends.

Damaged Package Claims Process

Please report the damage to your post office and order them to issue the damaged report.
Our shipping is supported by shipping insurance.We can file a claim with the damaged report.
We record item conditions and packing process so we can prove that our items are not damaged.
Please note that we can't accept any damaged package claims without the damaged report.
