Clean with warm water & antibacterial soap.

Jewellery cannot be cleaned with alcohol, piercing spray, etc - this will degrade the jewellery causing discolour, gold plated & anodised titanium to wear off,  gems to fall out, & acrylic to crumble.

We carefully check each item before sending it to you.

If you are not happy with your item or simply changed your mind please return it in the original packaging.

*Kindly note: items that have been worn or used cannot be returned for refund or exchange due to hygiene.

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, we won't compensate for any expenses you incur in sending the item back.
