The Control Talk cable is fully compatible with most cellphones and smartphones, including the iPhone. It has 3 buttons: Up volume, Down volume and a center button; one click plays/pauses music, 2 clicks get the next song. You can answer calls with them; music will stop and the call will make it through when you answer, pushing the middle button.
