Once your order is confirmed our dispatch we have in stock will normally leave Same Day Dispatch. Delivery time depends on your location. Courier companies deliver on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and all holidays. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email from bikers Gear Australia along with the tracking number and courier details. Using these details you can track your order status. | Return | If you receive an item from our store that for any reason you are unhappy with, you can simply return it to us within 60 days, in the condition that you received it and we will be happy to exchange or refund. All items sent back for exchange or refund must be returned in the original condition with all tags attached (unless faulty). Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or it may not be accepted for (unless faulty). If you are wanting to exchange a product due to size, color, or satisfaction reasons, Bikers Gear will be happy to assist you. A flat rate $10 return freight charge applies to all exchanges to cover the cost of returning the exchanged goods to you. If your order qualified for the “Free freight over $200" a freight restocking fee equivalent to the original postage cost incurred by Bikers Gear will apply.
