This is a removable wall vinyl decal with measurements of approximately 7 inches by 23 inches.  Decal is removable but not reusable (it will not stick to paint when peeled off wall).  Instructions are included and are easy to follow.  Whatever color your wall is will be the background color because this is a die cut decal.  Please feel free to e-mail me with any questions before you purchase.
