If you do not receive your item within 5 working days of receipt of the dispatch email please let us know. If for any reason you are not happy with your item please do message us before leaving feedback and we shall do our best to resolve any problems you may have. Ultimately of course you may return the item to us for a refund of the item cost. (The refund does not include the delivery or return postage costs.) 

Occasionally your item may be damaged during delivery, if this is the case please let us know as soon as possible. We will ask you to forward a picture of the damaged parcel and item via eBay message and then we will replace it with no further cost to you.
