Large, AP Snow. I'm 6'0" 180 lbs, and it fits perfectly. In snow 20-30 degrees, this is all you need. Colder than 20, I layer with some wool for a warm tree stand sit. As far as noise, they're brushed poly. They're quiet, but not as quiet as fleece. Nothing replaces discipline in that area. Arrowed a deer at 15 yds wearing these. They're incredibly convenient. I'm considering a pair in woodland just so I can don my camo quickly over regular clothes -- without layers, I don't think they would be too warm in 40-degree temps.
