AUTHENTICITY

I often sell branded genuine items – these will always be genuine items, usually purchased from Selfridges in the Trafford Centre. I will NEVER sell a replica or fake – it isn’t worth ruining my feedback for :@) where possible I will try to provide proof via receipt or evidence of any holograms etc...

I will hand deliver free of charge to any postcode beginning with BL5.

PACKAGING

Where possible I use recycled items these could be empty nappy packs, strong plastic bags, kitchen roll packaging. These are waterproof and strong and enable me to keep postage costs to the bare minimum.

POSTAGE

If you would like to purchase more than one item please message me for a postage quote. Where possible i will try to combine postage or discount it to the actual postage price.

Please bear in mind when completing the star ratings that all items are posted second class-this is the service advertised and the item will not reach you at the same time as a first class item will- if you need an estimated date of arrival please message me or want me to post using a different service please let me know, charges will apply.

POSTAGE- As stated on the postage information i post my items within 3 working days. Generally i try to post items within 1-2 working days (sometimes Saturdays aswell ). I always obtain a proof of postage from the post office and keep this on file for 90 days, after this they are disposed of.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

I use Global Shipping Programme and will only post via this for my protection. Please contact Ebay for a postage quote.

UNCONFIRMED ADDRESS

I will not post to an unconfirmed paypal address.

LOST ITEMS

I work as Royal Mail do. Second class post is expected to reach a buyer on or by the third working day (Due/Expected delivery date). Once this date has passed please contact me, apologies I am unable to make any refunds prior to this time.

Proof of postage will be obtained from the post office for every item
