My working hours are:

This listing is for one greeting card

Design and layout as in a photos;

Text and age in photos - only samples. Card will be printed with text you send.

Any name, age or relationship can be printed on a card. Any text you like.

Greeting card is printed on high quality super glossy paper.
Paper weight is 290gsm so it is firm and will stand with no problem however it is slightly thinner than cards from shop.
Card is large A5 size (A4 folded in half) 8.5" x 6" or 21cm x 15cm
Free white envelope is provided with card.

How to personalise:

Age:

Choose age from selection; When is not listed please send age by message

Any age can be printed. When age is not listed please select "Will send age by message"; When you don't want age please select "no age"; If you selected wrong age please let me know about it by message before item is posted

Text: Send name or relationship by message.

Message is essential to finish this order. Send text you want to be printed on card by message.

Send by message all details you want to be printed on card.
Mention relationship only when you want it to be printed on card.
With relationship use correct possessive "to my" or "to our" as I will use one from your message. When is not specified I will use "to a special" instead of "our" or "my" when necessary.

If you don't want to add any personal details and want only Happy Birthday to be printed on card please let me know by message.

If you want card to be made not for birthday but other occasion please let me know by message and send all text in an order you want it to be printed.

How to send message:

There is two ways to send your message:

1. When paying by PayPal (please look in photos)

* press on "Message to seller"
* type your message in
* press "Add" to save message (If you don't press "add" message will not save)

2. Contact me via eBay's messages - press "Contact seller"

If you forget to leave text or it didn't save don't worry I will send you remaining message, then you can send me details as a replay to it.

Spelling:

I do not offer any grammar service - please double check message before sending.

Text on item will be spelled as in your message.
However if you are misspelling on purpose please point it out in your message (in case if I cannot copy paste your text and have to type it)

I will spell granddaughter with two d's. If you want to spell only with one please specify.

Why estimated delivery time can be misleading:

Estimated delivery time that ebay displays in a listing can be misleading because:

1. EBay's system that gives estimated doesn't recognize time in a day, weekends or bank holidays.
2. Orders for personalised items are classified as placed after I receive: order+payment+text to be printed (not just order + payment). EBay's system is unable to recognise when you provided me with text.
3. For some reason EBay is calculating delivery time as if first class always deliver in one day what is not true as first class aims to delivery in 1-2 days and don't have guaranteed delivery time. Only next day delivery guaranties delivery in one day after dispatch (I do offer this service at check out).

Sunday 8pm - Monday 8pm are posted on Tuesday morning
Monday 8pm - Tuesday 8pm are posted on Wednesday morning
Tuesday 8pm - Wednesday 8pm are posted on Thursday morning
Wednesday 8pm - Thursday 8pm are posted on Friday morning
Thursday 8pm - Friday 8pm are posted on Saturday morning
Friday 8m + Saturday till Sunday 8pm might be posted on Monday morning or Tuesday morning depending on my availability over weekend.
I will aim to dispatch on Monday but can guaranty dispatch only on Tuesday

Order is placed when I receive: order + payment + info what to print on item.

Delivery times

*UK delivery times*

First class delivers in 1 or 2 days after item is posted.
Next day delivery delivers in 1 day after item is posted.

*EU delivery times*

Item should arrive in 5-10 days after it is posted.

*Other international*

Item should arrive in 7-14 days after it is posted.

Free replacements and refunds:

If I made a mistake in your order (I am only a human and it does happen) please contact me ASAP for FREE replacement or refund.

But I do not offer free replacement or refund if mistake was made by you in a message you sent or delivery address you provided is incorrect or incomplete.

Most common buyer's mistakes:

* Spelling mistake. I do not check for spelling mistakes always double check message before sending.
* Not enough text provided by message. Please send me all text you want to be printed on. Do not presume that I will add something to your message just because photo has that text. Photos are only samples. Only Happy birthday and text layout will be left but I will use only details you provided.
* Too much information provided. Most often it happens with relationship. Please send me only details you want to be printed. Do not presume that I will ignore some of the details. Example: when I receive text "card is for my son John" I will print on a card "To my son John" not just "John".
* Wrong possessive used with relationship in a message. I will use "my" or "our" from your message. Example: when I receive text "card is for my son John" I will print on a card "To my son John." Do not presume that for some reason I will change it "To our son John".

*Blindly fallowing estimated delivery time given by ebay at time of ordering especially when placing order at night or weekend or paying for first class standard delivery and expecting delivery in one day.

How to avoid misunderstandings

Best way to avoid misunderstandings with text is to tell in message all what you expect to be printed on card. Please do not presume that I will know what you had in mind if you didn?t tell it in a message.
Once again only picture, text colour, text layout and Happy Birthday will be kept from sample picture and all text will be changed according to info you provided in a message and by selections.

Other problem is misleading estimated provided by ebay at buying time. Please do not fallow it blindly especially when you are placing order at night and weekend. Please check dispatch times I provided above. Please pay for next day delivery if you need it to be delivered in one day after it is posted
I know it is frustrating not to receive card in time for birthday but if you left it for too late please do not expect me to do miracles as I am not able to do it :(

Returns

I accept returns for all my items.
Please contact me within 14 days if you want to return item for full refund.
Unwanted items has to be returned at buyers costs.

New design

If you cannot find design you like you can ask me to make a new one.
But please keep in mind that if I am too busy I might not be able to make it or it will take few days.
Also if there is no replay to such a request please forgive me I am not ignoring I just forgot. As my priority are orders that are already placed I leave requests for new designs for later and it can be forgotten easily.
In that case just remind me about it.
