Eaglerise have recently announced that they will phase out halogen transformer production, however, due to my close partnership I have secured sufficient stock to continue to supply market needs
and honour warranties for the foreseeable future.

Return authorisation (RMA) must first be provided by email.
Buyers have a duty to take care of the goods and to ensure they are received back in "as new" condition to be eligible for refund.
Any items returned will firstly be checked for a matching serial number and inspected to verify condition.
Where items are claimed as faulty the seller will only refund the return postage at standard UK or airmail rates when testing has confirmed a fault.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail first class or by tracked courier service.
International orders are sent by Royal Mail international service, with the option for international tracking.
