Pull Up a Chair for Balance and Flexibility ~ THIS IS NOT LAZY BOY YOGA!

Pull Up A Chair Yoga is an active yoga class. In the video students practice traditional yoga poses using the chair to support balance and alignment.  Just as equipment is used at the gym to aid in a workout, the chair supports balance and allows participants to go deeper in many of the poses compared to standing alone. 
Pull Up A Chair Yoga is suitable for all levels of experience, from beginners to advanced practitioners, anyone rehabilitating a surgery or injury, or those who might have difficulty getting on the floor as in a traditional yoga class.
