Product range - Plain Bearing Blocks

The Master range of plain bearing style blocks are available in 35mm, 50mm, 60mm, 72mm and 90mm sizes and multiple configurations. The range features:

• a self-lubricating Acetal bushing and 316L stainless steel shaft for smooth rotation and high static loads, 
• high strength side plates made from a UV stabilised composite of stiff glass-fibre reinforced Nylon for lightness,
• a locking mechanism so that the shackle in the “single swivel shackle” models can rotate freely or be locked in position (only from 50mm),
• a becket pin which is easy to remove or lock into the keyhole with no tools,
• adjustable cam cleat arms for an optimal exit angle of sheets.
