NGC authenticated and graded MS 62 BN. Faded mint red mellowed to reddish chocolate with subtle olive highlights on the reverse. There is some old glossy, yellow crud built up around TAT in STATES and the wreath branch beneath. Only a few trivial marks seen on the portrait and fields, nothing major. Old N-15 Die State with the die rim breaks/crumbling along the top obverse edge. Lustrous surfaces.
