For all those collectors that insist on really clean examples, this is it! Probably the best condition FG180 I've seen  in many years. Made in early 1969 before the modern serial number sustem was used. The neck block number of 92xxxxx dates production. Of course you get the sound, projection and sustain the makes this model so sought after. This an iconic collectible guitar you can play everyday as it grows in value. The body has essentially no nicks and just a few muted scratches. Smooth, fast action. Frets have been leveled. Rosewood refreshed. Not tons of saddle, but after 50 years the top won't be changing. All structural issues are as they should be, and everything is original. I bought my first FG-180 in 1972. Nobody knows the secret that allowed Yamaha to get the incredible  sound, balance and boom out of a modestly priced all-laminate guitar. These Japan built Red Labels  launched the great Yamaha reputation and remain coveted. Whenever I find a nice one I add it to my  collection of vintage Yamahas. If you have never owned one, now is your chance to get a real looker and player at an affordable price. All original with fast, low action and perfect neck. Fresh strings and well set-up.
