Postage
We send the SIMs via 1st Class Royal Mail Service. Please allow 1-2 working days for the SIM cards to reach you.
SIM cards are dispatched same day if the order is placed before 4pm.
Returns Policy
We offer a 14 days return option if the SIM is not opened and not used. The seal must be in-tact and the pack should be un-opened. Buyer pays for the return postage.
All returns should be pre-authorised. Please contact us via ebay messages so that we can reply to you to the earliest and the best possible way. Please provide a valid reason for your return.
