Payment –

Payments are expected within 2 days, however if there is any problems please contact us.

We do also accept Mail payments (Personal cheque or Postal order) and they are expected within 10 days but please contact us before purchasing if this is how you wish to pay.

We do file unpaid item claims with eBay for buyers who don’t pay within the payment period (unless contact has been made and more time to pay has been agreed).

Postage & Packaging Charges –

Postage is normally free.

If we charge postage it is to cover the cost of posting and any packing materials we will use to send your items.

We do not make money on any P&P that we charge.

Delivery –

We will post all items out within 3 working days of receiving money. 

 Postage is usually by MyHermes courier service or Royal Mail 2^nd Class Signed For for items that are classed as a Small Parcel unless otherwise stated.

Postage is usually by Royal Mail 1^st Class service for items that are classed as a Large Letter or smaller unless otherwise stated.

We have an additional postage option of using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed By 4pm service for extra speed which can be selected if required.

Photos –

Any photos that we use are our own personal photos that we have taken the time to take.

If you see any other sellers using the same photos of ours they have done so without our permission.

We believe by taking our own photos we give a true representation of the item we are selling.

Feedback –

If you have any issues with any item that you receive from us please contact us before leaving negative feedback – We are only human and do sometimes make mistakes.

We are always happy to do our best to resolve any issue.

If you are happy with your item when you receive it please leave us feedback and we will then do the same for you.

Returns –

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with the item please contact us within 30 days of buying for a no questions asked refund. However we do expect the item to be posted back to us in the same condition as it was received in before the refund will be given (Please note this cost will not be refunded).
