However, should it arrive and it be unsuitable, you can return it provided that the item and its packaging including all the padding is returned as new. This means that the tags should not have been removed, the hair must not be brushed, finger combed, or restyled in any way. The item should also not have acquired any additional odours. We reserve the right to charge a restock fee, if a wig or it's packaging is not returned as new, but we hope that this doesn't have to happen.
